Villacare Plus provides facility management, home maintenance, and renovation services across the UAE.

The company serves villa owners and residents through maintenance, renovation, landscaping, pool, and related property services.

Work Location

  • The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and is explicitly onsite.
  • The technician will work at villas and commercial properties, including client sites.

Work Schedule

  • Working hours are 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one fixed overtime hour per day.
  • The schedule is six working days per week.

Role Summary

This is a full-time HVAC Technician role in Dubai.

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems serving villa properties.

Ensure HVAC systems provide optimal performance, energy efficiency, and indoor comfort.

Represent the company professionally and provide customer-friendly service at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial chiller system faults.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Service and repair split AC, ducted split, package, and VRF/VRV systems.
  • Find faults in electrical and mechanical HVAC components.
  • Inspect, test, and commission repaired systems for optimal performance.
  • Identify spare parts and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
  • Complete maintenance reports and job documentation accurately.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
  • Deliver customer service at villas and commercial properties.

Mandatory Requirements

  • At least three years of UAE or GCC experience in AC maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience with a facility management or maintenance company.
  • Strong villa and commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
  • Mandatory hands-on knowledge and experience with VRF/VRV AC systems.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
  • Good spoken English and effective customer communication.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
