MEP Technician

Job Summary

Work Location and Schedule

• The work location is Dubai, UAE, and the role is on-site.
• Working hours are 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one fixed overtime hour per day, six days per week, and a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for residential villas and commercial properties.
• Diagnose faults across multiple MEP systems and perform maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Work in any two of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Attend service calls and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Inspect MEP systems and recommend repair or replacement when needed.
• Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Follow company safety standards and quality procedures.
• Provide professional customer service at client locations.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of UAE experience as an MEP or multi-skilled technician.
• Previous facility management or maintenance company experience is mandatory.
• Expertise in one of the following combinations is required: HVAC and electrical, electrical and plumbing, or HVAC and plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills are required.
• Good knowledge of villa maintenance systems and residential MEP services is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks.
• Good spoken English and a valid UAE driving licence are required.
• Independent maintenance service-call experience is required.
