Work Location and Schedule

• Work location is Dubai, UAE, and the role is on-site.
• Work timings are 08:00 to 17:00 with one fixed overtime hour per day, six days per week, plus a one-hour lunch break.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior walls at villas, apartments, commercial buildings, and other properties.
• Perform sanding, scraping, crack filling, patch repairs, putty application, priming, and surface smoothing.
• Apply emulsion, acrylic, enamel, epoxy, textured, and weatherproof paints.
• Complete wood painting, staining, varnishing, polishing, lacquer, and PU finishes.
• Prepare and finish metal surfaces with primers, anti-rust coatings, and enamel paints.
• Perform colour matching, touch-ups, waterproof coatings, and protective finishes.
• Protect surrounding furniture, flooring, fixtures, glass, and landscaping before work.
• Inspect finishes, coordinate with other trades, maintain equipment, and report material needs.
• Attend emergency maintenance work and perform overtime when operationally required.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures when handling paints, thinners, solvents, and materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• Three to five years of professional painting experience in building maintenance, fit-out, or construction projects.
• Interior and exterior painting experience in villas and residential buildings is essential.
• Experience with wood painting, staining, varnishing, polishing, and PU finishing is required.
• Knowledge of paint systems, primers, sealers, surface preparation, and finishing methods is required.
• Ability to use painting tools, spray equipment, scaffolding, and ladders safely and effectively.
• Basic understanding of colour matching, paint mixing, and material calculations.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
