Workplace and Schedule

• The work location is Dubai, UAE, and the role is on-site.
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one fixed overtime hour per day, six days per week, and a one-hour lunch break.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise projects across residential villas and commercial properties.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys and prepare technical recommendations.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, material estimates, and cost estimates.
• Develop budgets, monitor project costs, and track labour, materials, subcontractors, and other expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
• Plan daily site activities, lead site teams, and allocate manpower.
• Coordinate with Project Coordination, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Ensure material procurement, resource utilization, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, variation reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and professionally represent the company.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or 10 years of hands-on experience.
• Three to five years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects.
• Experience managing residential villa and commercial fit-out works.
• Knowledge of site execution, finishing works, construction methods, surveys, BOQs, estimation, and cost management.
• Understanding of budgeting, procurement coordination, resource planning, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mandatory knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
