- Lead the planning department for multiple villa construction projects
- Develop, review, and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S curves
- Identify project risks, delays, and critical path activities, and implement recovery plans
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors
- Manage resource loading, productivity analysis, and forecasting
- Review subcontractor programs and ensure alignment with master schedules
- Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis
- Establish project control procedures and planning standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 8–12+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership planning role
- Proven experience in villa, residential, or luxury housing projects in the UAE/GCC
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, earned value analysis, and construction methodologies

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer Section Head to lead planning and project controls activities for high end villa construction projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, delay analysis, reporting, and leading a team of planning engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
