- Develop and implement the organization’s Human Resources strategy
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design

- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance requirements
- Lead HR digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Develop leadership development and talent management programs
- Monitor HR performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage departmental budgets and HR resources
- Lead, coach, and develop the Human Resources team
- Represent the HR function in executive management discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of GCC employment regulations and HR best practices
- Proven experience leading organizational transformation initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM SCP, or SPHR highly desirable
- Fluency in English required; Arabic an advantage
