Schedule Development and Baseline
- Develop and maintain the detailed project master schedule for solar farm civil, mechanical, electrical, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Establish the baseline schedule in line with the contract programme, scope of work, and approved construction methodology.
- Break down the schedule into a Work Breakdown Structure aligned with deliverables, disciplines, and work fronts.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor and update schedules using actual progress, planned-versus-actual comparisons, S-curves, and variance analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, client, and consultant.
- Track key milestones and highlight risks to on-time delivery.
Look-Ahead Planning and Coordination
- Prepare and issue two- to four-week look-ahead schedules with construction, engineering, procurement, and QA/QC teams.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to track material deliveries and critical-path impacts.
- Liaise with site teams to validate progress data and resolve cross-discipline schedule conflicts.
Critical Path and Risk Analysis
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule float, constraints, and potential delays.
- Support schedule risk analysis and identify mitigation measures to protect project milestones.
- Analyze the effect of variations, change orders, and site conditions on the project schedule.
