This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Specialist - Russian Speaker, based in Dubai.
The Placement Specialist will facilitate student internships, build strong relationships with employers, and guide students in career planning.
The role involves networking, coordinating job placements, organizing career fairs, and addressing employer and student inquiries.
Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining accurate placement records and ensuring alignment with the university's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
-Source and develop internship opportunities for students across relevant industries.
-Establish and maintain relationships with companies and employers
-Match students with suitable internship placements based on their academic programs
-Coordinate and monitor students during their internship period
-Communicate with students and employers to ensure smooth placement processes
-Maintain accurate records and reports related to placements and student progress
-Support students with guidance and follow-up throughout their internship journey
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Previous experience in internships, recruitment, or student affairs is an advantage
- Ability to work with students and external partners professionally
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
