Role Description
- This full time on site role is based at Plekhanov University Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in management and related fields using diverse teaching methods and assessment tools.
- Prepare syllabi and course materials, supervise student projects, advise students on academic matters, and maintain regular office hours.
- Conduct and publish scholarly research, participate in academic committees, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in accreditation and quality assurance activities.
- Support departmental events, foster partnerships with industry, and contribute to the university’s academic reputation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational behavior and core management disciplines.
- Experience in curriculum development including designing courses, learning outcomes, and assessment methods aligned with international standards.
- Proven record of academic research including publications in peer reviewed journals and participation in conferences.
- University teaching experience in management or related areas with strong classroom management and learner centered pedagogy.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and their application in management education and research.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Commitment to ethical academic practices, continuous professional development, and mentoring students.
- Prior experience in the Gulf region or international higher education environments is an advantage.
