About the Role
We are looking for a Russian-speaking Placement Specialist to facilitate student internships and career services at Plekhanov University Dubai. You will build employer relationships, coordinate placements, organize career events, and provide career guidance.

- Coordinate and manage student internship placements, including communication with employers, documentation, and follow up activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, organizations, and industry partners to create internship and career opportunities
- Provide career guidance and employability support to students and graduates
- Organize career related events, workshops, employer presentations, and networking activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to student internships, placements, and career services activities
- Support student affairs initiatives and assist students with academic and non academic matters when required
- During peak admission and enrollment periods, support the Admissions and Recruitment team through student outreach, applicant follow up, participation in university events, and enrollment related activities
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective student support and successful achievement of university objectives
- Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with the university's operational requirements

- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Previous experience in internships, recruitment, or student affairs is an advantage
- Ability to work with students and external partners professionally
- Good command of English (spoken and written)

Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Placement Specialist Russian Speaker, based in Dubai.
- The Placement Specialist will facilitate student internships, build strong relationships with employers, and guide students in career planning.
- The role involves networking, coordinating job placements, organizing career fairs, and addressing employer and student inquiries.
- Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining accurate placement records and ensuring alignment with the university's strategic goals.
