- Ensure all pick up orders are complete, accurate, and properly packed
- Hand over orders to customers and delivery drivers in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and delivery staff to ensure smooth order flow
- Monitor order preparation times and follow up on delayed orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pick up and waiting area
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Report customer feedback and operational issues to the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, fast food, or customer service role preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple orders
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
