- Support the team during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Process billing and payments accurately when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order handling
- Well presented, professional, and customer focused
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage
