- Process customer orders and payments accurately through the POS system
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently
- Ensure all bills and receipts are issued correctly
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash transactions
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items, prices, and promotions
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are processed correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter and work area
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or system issues to management immediately
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant or F&B environment
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Good numerical and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
