- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, pies, and other bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and product quality
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to achieve desired results
- Ensure all bakery items are prepared fresh and meet company presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section, equipment, and workstations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient requirements or shortages
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients and materials
- Assist in developing new bakery products and improving existing recipes
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets and branch requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bakery Chef or Baker, preferably in a commercial bakery or central kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and pastry production
- Ability to produce consistent, high quality bakery products
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

- Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
