- Translate requirements into clear, approved documentation before development begins
- Develop, enhance, and maintain PHP based systems (both front end and back end)
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues, and prepare systems for deployment
- Provide regular project updates to management, including risks and milestones
- Perform problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging with precision
- Work on data mapping, transformation, and system integrations
- Design and optimize MySQL databases, write queries and ensure data integrity and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years’ hands on PHP development experience
- Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Zend)
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process documentation
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project management basics
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Design and optimize MySQL databases, write queries and ensure data integrity and performance
- Experience with Identity Management Layers and Single Sign On (SSO) is a plus
