Responsibilities
- Deliver one on one and small group personal training sessions
- Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and goal setting sessions
- Design individualized exercise programs tailored to member needs and objectives
- Motivate, educate, and support members throughout their fitness journey
- Ensure safe and effective exercise techniques and training practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage long term engagement
- Collaborate with Wellness, Golf, and Member Services/Experience teams to enhance the overall member experience
- Support wellness events, fitness challenges, workshops, and club activations
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices
Requirements
- Recognized Personal Training certification (Level 3 or equivalent)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer within a luxury fitness facility, private club, resort, or wellness environment
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Professional, positive, and service oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities
