- Safely transport employer, family members, or authorized passengers to appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness; conduct daily inspections
- Schedule and coordinate routine servicing and repairs
- Keep records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and travel logs
- Assist with loading/unloading luggage and packages
- Perform occasional errands such as collecting documents or delivering packages
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employer's personal and business matters
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as personal, executive, or chauffeur driver preferred
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations

Job Summary

- Handle transportation related tasks with discretion and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport employer, family members, or authorized passengers to appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain vehicle in clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tire pressure, lights, etc.)
- Schedule and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and travel logs
- Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and licensing documents are valid
- Assist with loading/unloading luggage, packages, or personal belongings
- Perform occasional errands such as collecting documents, purchasing items, or delivering packages
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employer's personal and business matters
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Previous experience as personal, executive, or chauffeur driver preferred
- Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage
