About the Role

Responsibilities
- Process all purchase invoices, ensuring prices are correct and discrepancies investigated
- Ensure invoices are authorized for payment and matched to purchase orders
- Record and enter invoices on MS Dynamics GP using appropriate account codes
- Organize payment runs, scan invoices, and prepare cheques for mailing
- Deal with all enquiries related to invoices/payments via phone and email
- Set up new supplier accounts and amend existing supplier details
- Handle and reconcile daily cash ups (petty cash management)
- Perform administrative duties such as typing, photocopying, filing, and printing
- Perform account reconciliations and identify/correct accounting errors
- Any other duties as reasonably directed by Manager or management team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role and preferably similar industry
- Good IT skills and knowledge of using Excel and accounting software
- Accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent level)
- Meticulous eye for detail and exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced environment
- Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Tagalog language proficiency required

Summary
- The ideal candidate will provide administrative and financial support to the Accounts Manager, ensuring payments and expenditures are monitored, documented, and processed efficiently.
- Suppliers and vendors are paid within established timescales.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for the day to day processing of all purchase invoices.
- Ensuring invoices are authorized for payment by relevant department managers.
- Ensuring invoices are recorded and entered on MS Dynamics GP system.
- Following authorization, organize payment runs, scanning invoices and preparing cheques.
- Dealing with all enquiries related to invoices/payments.
- Setting up new supplier accounts and amending existing details.
- Handling and reconciliation of daily cash ups (petty cash management).
- Performing administrative duties such as typing, photocopying, filing.
- Performing account reconciliations and identifying/correcting accounting errors.
- Any other duties as reasonably directed.
