Role Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management.
Manage day-to-day activities while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, correspondence, documents, records, and expenses.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes when required.
- Follow up on pending tasks, support special projects, and assist with personal arrangements.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar-management tools.
- High professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail, flexibility, and proactive service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.
