What You'll Be Doing

  • Our People Partner is responsible for implementation of Group wide policies and procedures as well as brand specific People strategies.
  • The role holder will be accountable for supporting across multiple brands, focusing on monitoring, reporting and enhancing the local employee experience.
  • The role requires a solid HR background and the ability to collaborate and partner at all levels in the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Group HR policies and procedures and support brand specific projects.
  • Support recruitment, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and employee engagement.
  • Manage workforce planning locally in line with approved budget.
  • Escalate or respond to employee feedback.
  • Be an active member of the Leadership Team representing the voice of People.
  • Lead development and implementation of local People strategies.
  • Implement brand specific onboarding, training and development programs.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to ensure high calibre candidates.
  • Implement annual performance management cycle with Group HR.
  • Partner with Group Rewards to review commission schemes.
  • Support delivery of employee profiling to identify HiPos.
  • Collaborate with learning team to assess training needs.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Through guidance from the Head of People/People Partners, implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the business unit People team with various HR functions.
  • Work closely with People Data Analyst and People Partners for workforce planning.
  • Escalate or respond to employee feedback.
  • Be an active member of the Leadership Team.
  • Lead development and implementation of local People strategies.
  • Implement brand specific training and development programs.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team.
  • Work with Group HR for performance management.
  • Partner with Group Rewards.
  • Support employee profiling and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with learning team.
