Responsibilities
- Implement Group HR policies and support brand specific projects
- Support recruitment, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation, employee relations, and engagement
- Manage workforce planning and ensure vacancies are managed per budget and recruitment process
- Lead development and implementation of local People strategies
- Implement employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Partner with Group Rewards to review commission schemes
- Support employee profiling and succession planning
- Use HR data to support reporting and decision making
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Manage employee communications and engagement surveys
Requirements

- Ability to collaborate and partner at all levels
- Experience implementing HR policies and procedures

What you'll be doing
- Implement Group HR policies and support brand specific projects.
- Support recruitment, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation, employee relations, and engagement.
- Manage workforce planning locally, ensuring vacancies are managed per budget and recruitment process.
- Escalate or respond to employee feedback to motivate and develop employees.
- Be an active member of the Leadership Team representing People.
- Lead development and implementation of local People strategies.
- Implement brand specific employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruiting strategies.
- Work with Group HR to implement annual performance management cycle.
- Partner with Group Rewards to review commission schemes.
- Support employee profiling and succession planning.
- Collaborate with learning team to assess training needs and monitor training budget.
