Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline
- At least 4 years of experience in people analytics, data analytics, or workforce intelligence
- Hands on experience with SQL and Python
- Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and analytics platforms (ideally GCP, Databricks)
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, or other visualization tools
- Understanding of predictive analytics and AI/ML concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

About the Role
- As a People Intelligence & Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how workforce data is used to drive smarter, more proactive HR and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions across the employee lifecycle—spanning talent acquisition, development, engagement, and organizational planning.
- Build predictive models (e.g., attrition risk, internal mobility, workforce trends), develop scalable dashboards and insight products, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to building modern data foundations by working with cloud platforms such as GCP and Databricks, supporting data modelling, automation, and integration across HR systems, including the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Help explore and implement AI enabled solutions, automation opportunities, and next generation workforce intelligence tools—while ensuring strong data governance, quality, and reliability across all outputs.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to turn business questions into analytical solutions and deliver insights that influence decision making at all levels.
About You
- You hold a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years of experience in people analytics, data analytics, or workforce intelligence.
- You have hands on experience working with enterprise datasets, and are confident in using tools such as SQL and Python to build, analyze, and automate data solutions.
- You bring a solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and analytics platforms (ideally including GCP, Databricks, or similar environments).
- You are experienced in using Power BI, Excel, or other visualization tools to create dashboards and present insights in a clear and impactful way.
- You understand the basics of predictive analytics and AI/ML concepts, and are comfortable applying these to real world business challenges.
- You communicate complex ideas in a simple, compelling way to both technical and non technical audiences.
- You are comfortable working independently in a fast paced, evolving environment.
- You bring a problem solving mindset, curiosity, and a drive to innovate.
- You collaborate effectively with stakeholders and contribute positively to team outcomes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, additional BI tools, or analytics certifications would be an advantage.
