Responsibilities
- Manage the annual wellbeing and engagement calendar and execute initiatives and events across offices, stores, and warehouses
- Act as a custodian of employee wellbeing benefits and resources, ensuring continuous relevance and enhancement
- Prepare copies/texts to communicate about wellbeing & engagement campaigns on internal and external channels
- Carry out market research on trends and technologies and propose innovative solutions for employee experience and wellbeing
- Secure deals and partnerships with external providers to introduce exclusive employee benefits
- Capture feedback and prepare analytical presentations to report on performance and achievements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
- Fresh graduate
- Eligible for Tamheer program
- Fluent in English

What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
