About the Role
AccorHotel seeks a People & Culture Manager for Basiqat Resort by Mantis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role shapes culture, leads recruitment, supports employee development, and ensures HR operations in a remote resort environment.

Responsibilities
- Shape and nurture a purpose led culture rooted in connection and care
- Lead end to end recruitment for a diverse, multi skilled resort team
- Deliver onboarding experiences that connect people to the resort's story and environment
- Create learning experiences that grow confidence, capability, and craft
- Support leaders in coaching, feedback, and team development
- Ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee documentation in line with KSA labour requirements
- Manage employee relations with fairness, empathy, and consistency
- Partner with Finance and leadership on workforce planning and reporting
- Design initiatives that support wellbeing, engagement, and connection in a remote setting
Requirements
- Experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality or remote resort environments
- Knowledge of KSA labour laws and compliance requirements
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Overview
- As People & Culture Manager, you will be the custodian of the team experience at Basiqat Resort by Mantis.
- You will shape and nurture a culture rooted in purpose, connection, and care.
- Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, you will bring the Mantis ethos to life.

- Work closely with regional talent teams to attract the right people.
- Support & Develop Our People: Create learning experiences that grow confidence, capability, and craft.
- Support leaders in coaching, feedback, and team development.
- Encourage continuous learning aligned with service excellence and sustainability values.
- Enable Strong Operations: Ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee documentation in line with KSA labour requirements.
