Overview

  • Viola is looking for a People & Culture Executive to join our buzzing creative agency.
  • You will support end to end people operations for our Purple Exhibitions department, acting as a key liaison between on ground exhibitions/manufacturing teams and the Head Office.
  • This role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and day to day HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end recruitment for operational, technical, and support roles.
  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and hiring needs.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and deliver a seamless new hire experience.
  • Manage temporary workforce requirements and liaise with external manpower agencies.
  • Monitor workforce utilisation, headcount, and HR metrics to support business decisions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on people matters and resolving workplace issues.
  • Oversee attendance, timekeeping, overtime, and payroll inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, maintain HR records, and support HR audits and reporting.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, values driven workplace culture.
  • Manage the employee offboarding process, including exit formalities, clearances, and handovers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in a People & Culture/HR role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, production, exhibitions, or project based environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience handling both blue collar and white collar employees.
  • Experience coordinating with head office or group HR teams is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of HR operations: attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance practices.
