About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of retainer and project based client events
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Coordinate event logistics including sourcing venues, catering, AV, entertainment, security, and other requirements
- Conduct market and industry research to support event concepts, proposals, and client presentations
- Maintain and update databases of venues, suppliers, artists, and event partners
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Provide regular project updates, track progress, and communicate client feedback to the wider team
- Support on site event delivery and assist with resolving operational issues as they arise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in event management or similar client facing role
- Agency experience, particularly within multinational or regional environment, is advantageous
- Experience working across multiple industries is highly desirable
- Professional certifications or specialised event training are a plus
