- Support the planning and execution of social media strategies and campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands
- Coordinate with clients to develop content plans, campaign timelines, and social media calendars
- Translate client briefs into clear, social first creative briefs for internal creative and strategy teams
- Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver high quality social content on time and to brief
- Oversee the end to end execution of social media campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations for clients
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards
- Contribute innovative ideas for social campaigns, activations, and new business pitches while staying up to date with the latest social media trends
- Support project budgeting, approvals, and campaign administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Liberal Arts, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in advertising
- At least 1 year in a client servicing role
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience within the UAE market
- Proven multi sector expertise, with strong preference for public sector accounts
- Previous experience in multinational or regional agency environments is highly desirable

- This role serves as a critical link between clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable strategies, driving campaign execution, and supporting the Group Account Director in achieving business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
