Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, offboarding, and day to day People & Culture operations
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and wellbeing initiatives
- Coordinate performance management process including appraisals and feedback cycles
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, payroll inputs, and reports
- Assist with payroll administration, employee benefits, and final settlements
Requirements
- Experience in HR operations, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role Overview
- As a People & Culture Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our vibrant workplace culture to life.
- Support the full employee journey from onboarding to payroll and employee relations.
- Be a culture ambassador ensuring every interaction reflects the bold, playful, and people first spirit of SLS.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional employee experience by coordinating onboarding, induction, offboarding, and day to day P&C operations.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations.
- Support the People Development Manager in delivering employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Coordinate the performance management process including appraisals, feedback cycles, and development planning.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, payroll inputs, and reports.
- Assist with payroll administration, employee benefits, final settlements, and employee queries.
- Support employee relations activities including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate employee accommodation inspections, transportation schedules, and welfare initiatives.
- Assist with internal audits, compliance requirements, and health and safety initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects, pre opening activities, and departmental initiatives.
