Job Overview

  • Support day to day operations of People & Culture department.
  • Ensure efficient HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities and support compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the People & Culture department with accurate and timely HR administrative processes.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes and support a seamless employee journey.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation including contracts, employment letters, certificates, salary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, HR files, and HR systems.
  • Support recruitment activities including interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation.
  • Support learning and development activities including training coordination and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate with Government Relations for employee documentation and compliance.
  • Support payroll preparation by monitoring attendance, leave records, overtime, allowances.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, employee data analysis, and system updates.
  • Support employee accommodation and related administrative arrangements.
  • Assist in communicating People & Culture policies, procedures, and announcements.
  • Support employee exit processes and maintain confidentiality.
