- Support daily operations of the People & Culture department with accurate and timely HR administrative processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure a seamless employee journey throughout the lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation including contracts, letters, and salary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Support recruitment activities including interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Coordinate learning and development activities and maintain training records.
- Assist with payroll preparation by monitoring attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Support employee exit processes and ensure alignment with policies.

Job Overview

- Support daily operations of the People & Culture department with accurate and timely HR administrative processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes and support a seamless employee journey.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation including contracts, employment letters, certificates, salary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, HR files, and HR systems.
- Support recruitment activities including interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation.
- Support learning and development activities including training coordination and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate with Government Relations for employee documentation and compliance.
- Support payroll preparation by monitoring attendance, leave records, overtime, allowances.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, employee data analysis, and system updates.
- Support employee accommodation and related administrative arrangements.
- Assist in communicating People & Culture policies, procedures, and announcements.
- Support employee exit processes and maintain confidentiality.
