Payment Processing Officer

• Monitor real-time payment transactions across banking platforms and payment gateways.
• Identify, log, and resolve failed or delayed transactions.
• Collaborate with IT and bank representatives to resolve integration or channel-related issues.
• Maintain accurate payment logs and documentation.

Payment Processing Officer Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Two to four years of experience in payment processing, banking operations, or financial transaction monitoring is required.
• Basic understanding of banking systems, payment gateways, and financial operations is required.
• Knowledge of payment regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Payment Operations Manager

• Lead and manage the Payment Team, providing direction and support.
• Oversee payment processing, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Taxpayer Services, banks, and vendors.
• Monitor SLA compliance and manage escalations.
• Prepare and present periodic performance and risk reports.

Payment Operations Manager Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Seven to ten years of experience in payment operations, banking, or financial services is required.
• At least three to five years of leadership experience managing a payment or finance operations team is required.
• Experience with payment processing, reconciliation, ERP or financial systems, payment platforms, SLA monitoring, issue resolution, and performance reporting is required.
• A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• CAMS, CIMA, or CPA certifications are advantageous.

Refund Analyst

• Review and analyze refund requests and taxpayer accounts for overpayments or credit balances.
• Prepare documentation, obtain approvals, and ensure refunds follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Match refund requests with payments, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate refund records.
• Work with billing, collections, and other teams on refund-related issues and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve refund processing efficiency and implement solutions.

Refund Analyst Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Three to five years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or audit is required.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles, refund processing and reconciliation, audit standards, and internal financial controls is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for interaction with taxpayers, banks, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, especially FI or PSCD modules, is required.
• CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is a strong advantage.
