Overview

  • Responsible to provide a range of duties related to the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Patient Experience
  • Operational Management
  • Compliance with Regulations
  • Staff Supervision and Training
  • Scheduling and Workflow Optimisation
  • Patient Safety and Care
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
  • Risk Management and Incident Reporting
  • Welcome & greet patients and direct them appropriately.
  • Provide hospital information and answer patient queries.
  • Handle complaints in a structured, timely and professional manner.
  • Manage complaints register and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Any discipline or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service role or relevant field, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage.
