About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage patient experience and ensure overall good patient experience
- Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Handle complaints in a structured, timely, and professional manner
- Manage VIP patients accordingly
- Liaise between departments when required
- Ensure compliance with regulations, infection control, patient safety, and JCI standards
- Monitor employee scheduling to ensure operational coverage
- Support marketing events and corporate patient experience initiatives
- Assist Medical Director with patient communication related to clinical complaints
- Conduct yearly appraisals and coach/develop the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer service role or relevant field
- Healthcare experience in UAE is an advantage

- Manage complaints register and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Any discipline or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service role or relevant field, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage.
