Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a patient centric approach.
  • Assist patients with registration, inquiries, and appointment coordination.
  • Handle patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and effective communication.
  • Manage high patient volumes while maintaining service excellence.
  • Take ownership of patient issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
