Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the main pastry production kitchens
- Support the Executive Pastry Chef in planning menus and prices
- Ensure recipe costings are up to date and in line with selling prices
- Assist in banquet support and outside catering events
- Stay updated with the latest food trends in the Food & Beverage industry
- Hold monthly meetings with colleagues to address concerns and share information
