Position Summary

  • The Parts Advisor is responsible for accurate identification, quotation, and timely supply of genuine automotive parts.

Parts Sales & Customer Service

  • Identify, quote, and supply genuine parts to workshop, retail, and trade accounts.
  • Advise customers on correct part selection and upsell opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly targets for parts sales revenue, gross margin, and accessory penetration.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service.

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Process purchase orders, goods receipts, inter branch transfers, and stock adjustments.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels for fast moving parts.
  • Conduct cycle counts and support periodic full stock takes.
  • Monitor stock aging and demand trends.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling in compliance with OEM standards.

Workshop & Sales Support

  • Supply parts to workshop in line with promised delivery times.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors on urgent requirements.
  • Escalate critical parts shortages to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Support Sales team with accessory requests and PDI related parts.

Order Management & OEM Coordination

  • Place daily stock orders and emergency orders with OEM suppliers.
  • Track open orders and manage backorders.
  • Maintain forward stock planning aligned with demand.
  • Ensure correct parts sourcing and pricing.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on parts sales and stock health.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM parts policies and warranty parts return processes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to genuine parts usage.
  • Support audit readiness.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years in parts operations within a franchised automotive dealership in KSA or GCC.
  • Strong exposure to parts sales, inventory control, and workshop parts supply.
  • Experience handling EV or hybrid vehicle parts is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in DMS such as SAP, Kerridge, Autoline, or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of OEM Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC).
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to manage order processing and stock control.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Valid Saudi Arabia driving license preferred.
