- Drive VIP bootcamps and hackathons for partners to accelerate sales cycles and ensure high quality on time delivery
- Provide targeted pre sales architectural support exclusively for RSIs and strategic partners
- Lead tech review and validation of highest impact Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Serve as regional pre sales design authority by authoring baseline enterprise replicable assets
- Lead deep dive technical sessions and hackathons for the regional Partner Tech Community
- Contribute actively to building, running and maintaining EMEA Partner Tech Community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer facing or support role
- Experience in public cloud architecture, including compute, networking, IAM, and microservices
- Experience in pre sales acceleration, technical PoCs, and leading technical workshops
- Deep Domain Specialization (AI, Data, or Infrastructure) preferred
- Experience in enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes preferred

- As a Partner Solution Architect, you will serve as the pre sales solution design authority for our priority Regional System Integrators and strategic partners across EMEA.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer facing or support role.
- Experience in public cloud architecture, including compute, networking, IAM, and microservices.
- Experience in pre sales acceleration, technical PoCs, and leading technical workshops.
Preferred qualifications
- Deep Domain Specialization (AI, Data, or Infrastructure), expert level depth in at least ONE domain.
- Experience in enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes.
- Ability to deliver results and work cross functionally alongside direct Google Cloud Platform Customer Engineers.
- Ability to drive and influence Partner Tech audiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive VIP, 'Red Carpet' bootcamps and hackathons for partners to accelerate sales cycles and ensure high quality on time delivery.
- Provide targeted pre sales architectural support exclusively for RSIs and strategic partners in South, acting as a technical peer to Account CEs.
- Lead the tech review and validation of highest impact Statements of Work (SoWs) to ensure a strict path to production.
- Serve as the regional pre sales design authority by authoring baseline enterprise replicable assets.
- Lead deep dive technical sessions and hackathons for the regional Partner Tech Community.
- Contribute actively to building, running and maintaining EMEA Partner Tech Community.
Compensation
- Spain: €88000 €90500 (EUR) + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits
- Netherlands: €114000 €117000 (EUR) + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits
