A global technology consulting and digital transformation business is looking to hire a Partner Sales Manager to support the expansion of its regional partner ecosystem across the Middle East.
The organisation delivers enterprise solutions across Data & AI, Cloud, Analytics, Managed Services, Governance, and Digital Transformation, working with enterprise customers and leading global technology vendors across multiple industries.
This role will focus on developing strategic relationships with channel partners, cloud providers, system integrators, and technology alliances to drive pipeline growth, regional market expansion, and partner-led revenue generation across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with partners across the Middle East region
- Identify and onboard new channel and alliance partners aligned to regional growth objectives
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, partner-led pipeline generation, and commercial growth activities
- Work closely with internal sales, presales, and delivery teams to support enterprise opportunities
- Enable partners through solution positioning, training, and commercial engagement support
- Develop territory and account plans alongside strategic partners and vendor alliances
- Support deal progression from opportunity identification through to successful closure
- Maintain strong alignment between vendor strategy, customer demand, and partner ecosystem priorities
- Represent the business across customer engagements, partner meetings, and industry events throughout the region
Required Experience
- Proven experience in partner sales, channel management, or alliance development within enterprise technology environments
- Strong understanding of the Middle East enterprise and channel ecosystem
- Experience selling or positioning cloud, AI, data, analytics, managed services, or digital transformation solutions
- Existing relationships with regional system integrators, resellers, cloud partners, or enterprise technology providers
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving indirect sales and partner-led revenue growth
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate independently across a regional territory
Preferred Background
- Exposure to major cloud and enterprise technology ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
- Experience working within consulting, system integration, managed services, or enterprise software businesses
- Arabic language skills would be advantageous
