Role Overview

OIA Decoration Design and Fit Out L.L.C is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant for a part-time role in Dubai.

The role supports accounting operations and project-related financial administration.

Workplace and Schedule

  • The position is based in Dubai, UAE and requires in-person work.
  • The schedule is part-time, with working hours and days to be agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger, using QuickBooks.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws, VAT regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor project-related transactions, including client payments, subcontractor accounts, and supplier invoices.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • High proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is mandatory.
  • Proven accounting experience in the UAE.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, VAT, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines while managing part-time responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry is highly preferred.
