Interior (Fit-Out) Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site execution of interior fit-out projects in line with design plans and client expectations.
• Conduct site visits, assess progress, and resolve issues to maintain quality and timelines.
• Coordinate clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, workers, and other stakeholders.
• Review drawings and technical specifications and guide construction teams.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and verify quantity calculations.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate material sourcing and delivery with contractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Communicate project changes with design and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Track relevant materials, technologies, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Applied Arts with a major in Interior Design and Furniture, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution is mandatory.
• Experience supervising renovations, space planning, and new construction fit-out projects is required.
• Ability to meet clients, review plans, prepare BOQs, conduct site visits, and calculate quantities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, design precision, and understanding of the full project lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating contractors, workers, and suppliers is essential.
