The role oversees on-site implementation of interior fit-out projects, ensuring precision, quality, and alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage on-site execution of interior fit-out projects in line with design plans and client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and resolve issues to maintain quality standards and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Review and interpret design plans, drawings, and technical specifications for on-site construction teams.
  • Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and verify quantity calculations with the team.
  • Source and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and workers for timely material delivery and work execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Communicate with design and engineering teams to implement project changes and updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to support innovative execution ideas.
  • Ensure work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Applied Arts with a major in Interior Design and Furniture, or a similar field.
  • Minimum two years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution.
  • Experience supervising interior fit-out projects, including renovations, space planning, and new construction.
  • Ability to meet clients, review plans and drawings, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and prepare detailed BOQ quantity calculations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong eye for detail and design precision.
  • Understanding of the full project lifecycle from engineering execution to final delivery.
  • Experience sourcing and coordinating with contractors, workers, and suppliers.
