About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site execution of interior fit-out projects in line with design plans and client expectations.
• Conduct site visits, assess progress, and resolve issues to maintain quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review design plans, drawings, and technical specifications for construction teams.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and verify quantity calculations with the team.
• Source and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams on changes and updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Applied Arts with a major in Interior Design and Furniture, or a similar field.
• At least two years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution is mandatory.
• Experience supervising renovations, space planning, and new construction fit-out projects.
• Ability to meet clients, review plans and drawings, and align work with project requirements.
• Ability to conduct site visits and prepare detailed quantity calculations and BOQs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and design precision.
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle from engineering execution to final delivery.
• Experience sourcing and coordinating contractors, workers, and suppliers is essential.
