Role Overview

OIA Decoration Design and Fit Out L.L.C is seeking an experienced Accountant for a part-time role in Dubai, UAE.

The role supports daily accounting operations, project-related transactions, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Arabic and English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger using QuickBooks.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws, VAT regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor client payments, subcontractor accounts, supplier invoices, and other project-related transactions.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • High proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is mandatory.
  • Proven accounting experience in the UAE is required.
  • Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, VAT, and regulatory compliance is required.
  • Previous experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are required.
