Site Execution
- Supervise on-site execution of interior fit-out projects.
- Review project progress through site visits and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure execution aligns with design plans, client expectations, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordination and Technical Review
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Review and interpret design plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare detailed BOQs and verify quantity calculations.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and workers for timely material delivery and work execution.
Project Controls and Compliance
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams on changes and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, applied arts with an interior design and furniture major, or a similar field.
- At least two years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution is mandatory.
- Experience supervising renovations, space planning, and new construction projects is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative approach with strong attention to detail and design precision.
- Experience sourcing and coordinating with contractors, workers, and suppliers is essential.
