About the Role
NH Collection Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Palace Host for Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara. The role involves providing exceptional guest services, handling arrivals/departures, and ensuring a luxurious experience in a remote desert resort.

Responsibilities
- Ensure continual source of information, help and assistance to all guests
- Build rapport with in house guests and maintain interaction for guest recognition
- Ensure all guest arrival and departure procedures are completed as per SOP
- Coordinate operations to exceed guest expectations
- Upsell rooms and other hotel services
- Handle guest feedback efficiently
- Drive hotel buggies and pass buggy driving test
- Maintain palace host pantries operationally prepared
- Update and maintain guest history files
- Ensure all special requests are met, especially for families with children
Requirements
- College diploma in hotel management or related field
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
- Luxury hotel experience is must
- Good communication skills
- Experience with Front Office Systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Multilingual speaking is an advantage

Job Location

Responsibilities
- To ensure continual source of information, help and assistance to all guests
- Builds a rapport with the in house guests on the floor and maintain interaction
- Ensures all guests arrival and departure procedures are completed as defined in the Palace host Services SOP manual
- Ensures smooth operations at all times
- Co ordinates all operations in order to exceed guest expectations
- Takes full responsibility for all operating equipment and working tools
- Up sells all Rooms and other services in the hotel
- Handles guest feedback efficiently
- Requires driving hotel buggies and pass the buggy driving test
- Ensures the palace host pantries are maintained and operationally prepared at all times
- Updates and maintain all guest history files
- Ensures all special requests are met, with particular reference to families visiting the resort with children
Qualifications
- College diploma in hotel management or related field
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
- Luxury hotel experience is must
- Good Communication skills
- Experience with Front Office Systems
- Must be fluent in written and spoken in English / multilingual speaking is an advantage
