- Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers
- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats
- Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or using water and/or abrasive blasting
- Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting
- Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment
- Coordinate with vendor to modify colors of paint, stain, or varnish
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights when required.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
