Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or a customer service role (hotel experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hotel systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
