- Prepare damaged vehicle surfaces by applying body filler, sanding, and priming as required
- Apply paint to vehicles and components according to manufacturer repair standards
- Carry out polishing, rubbing, and compounding to restore a high quality finish
- Ensure all paint and refinishing work meets quality and workmanship standards
- Use painting tools, spray guns, booths, and related equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area always
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including the correct use of PPE
- Participate in team meetings, safety training, and technical assessments as required
Requirements
- Hands on experience in automotive paint preparation, priming, painting, polishing, and refinishing
- Good understanding of paint manufacturer instructions, materials, and application methods
- Ability to use paint shop equipment such as spray guns, sanding tools, polishing machines, and paint booths
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on finish quality and durability

Overview of the role
- We are looking for a skilled Paint Technician to join our Body Shop team in Qatar.
- You will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces, applying primer and painting in line with manufacturer standards, and restoring vehicle finishes through polishing and refinishing.
