Responsibilities
- Deliver private, semi private, and group padel coaching sessions
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual player needs
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback
- Organize coaching clinics, camps, social events, and tournaments
- Promote participation in padel programs and club activities
- Ensure all coaching sessions are conducted safely and professionally
- Maintain courts, equipment, and training materials in excellent condition
- Support member retention through exceptional coaching and customer service
- Stay updated on the latest coaching methodologies and padel trends
- Collaborate with club management to achieve coaching and membership goals
Requirements
- Certified Padel Coaching qualification from a recognized federation or governing body
- Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, rules, and player development
- Experience coaching players of various ages and skill levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage members and students
- Experience conducting private lessons, group sessions, and junior programs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to assess player performance and create personalized improvement plans
- Professional, energetic, and customer focused approach
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Previous experience in a sports club, academy, or fitness facility is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Padel Coach at 700 Padel & Fitness Hub in Dubai, UAE.
