Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with consistency and precision
- Perform manual brew methods including V60 and Chemex
- Prepare cold brew coffee using proper steeping and extraction techniques
- Prepare fresh smoothies and juices according to café recipes
- Welcome guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide attentive table service
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring a positive dining experience
- Process customer payments and handle cash/POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and workstation
- Ensure proper calibration of espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista and/or Waiter in a café or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction and brewing methods (espresso, V60, Chemex, etc.)
- Experience in preparing cold brew, smoothies, and fresh juices
- Experience in taking orders, serving guests, and handling POS systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
