- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts
- Prepare and file VAT returns and other statutory reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate stock reconciliation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage but not required

Job Summary
- Quince Restaurant & Cafe 700 Padel & Fitness Hub is seeking a detail oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support daily financial operations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry, and the ability to maintain accurate financial information while meeting reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
- Prepare and file VAT returns and other statutory reports in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate with restaurant operations for stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
- Support external auditors by providing required financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage but not required.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with restaurant POS systems and inventory management.
- Knowledge of cost control and food cost analysis.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast paced hospitality environment.
