About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Organize and store inventory following food safety and company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements daily.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock, excess, or slow moving items.
- Issue inventory to kitchen and operational departments based on approved requisitions.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO method.
- Monitor expiration dates and remove expired or damaged items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
- Coordinate with purchasing team to support timely replenishment.
- Prepare inventory reports and submit to management.
- Assist in controlling inventory costs by minimizing waste, loss, and spoilage.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory or storekeeping, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical, organizational, and record keeping skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physically capable of lifting and moving inventory items

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
